THE CHALLENGE
VAT Reader needed to stand out in a competitive market with a distinctive identity and a extension that effectively showcased their projects. Their existing system lacked a unique identity, and their way did not adequately represent their innovative approach to validation.
THE RESEARCH
To develop P2P Space, I began by researching common challenges in procurement-to-pay processes, focusing on vendor data quality and invoice handling. I tried to understand pain points and inefficiencies. I analyzed existing solutions and identified gaps where AI could add significant value, particularly in automating data verification and invoice processing. I also studied industry standards to ensure practical applicability. This thorough research shaped the vision for an AI-powered platform that solves real-world problems and supports a collaborative P2P community.
THE SOLUTION
Our solution included a complete rebranding with a bold, modern visual identity and a user-friendly extension featuring intuitive navigation and high-quality logics. P2P Space designed a new logo, color palette, and project guidelines that reflected P2P Space vision and values, and developed a extension that showcased their projects through immersive imagery and interactive elements, significantly improving user engagement.
